Your question was  "I cannot sleep with worry, I have had sensations and stinging/burning type pains in one breast on and off for about 2 weeks. The pain seems to go through to my shoulder blade. I cannot feel any lumps or anything out of the ordinary. I have read on the internet that you dont need a lump to have inflammatory cancer and I have convinced myself that I might have it. I am middle forties and we dont have mammograms in UK until 50 years old. I have booked privately to see a consultant and to have a mammogram. Does IBC cause my symtoms. Thank you very much"

While I can not exclude the possibility of an inflammatory breast cancer without examining you I think that your symptoms (with pain also going to your shoulder blade) are far more likely to be caused by a mechanical inflammation in your shoulder. But you should let this dr. check you! Good luck! Please do keep me posted!

I'm sorry to bother you with an appeal for help. I know that it is exactly the opposite of
