Breast Cancer/breast pathology report

Question
Hi, I just got my pathology report back on 3 solid masses that were biopsied from my left breast.  The results are as follows:

Left breast, ultrasound guided biopsy at 1:00- Stromal Fibrosis

Left breast, ultrasound guided biopsy at 3:00- Stromal Fibrosis

Left breast, ultrasound guided biopsy at 11:30- Fibroadenoma with focal florid epithelial hyperplasia of the usual type.

My question is, I know what a fibroadenoma is, but what is stromal fibrosis?  Is that fibroadenomas as well?  Also what do the other components with the fibroadenoma mean?

Thank you

Answer
Stromal fibrosis and fibroadenoma are closely related. The hyperplasia in the 11:30 lesion is a light and very early precursor - perhaps - to cancer so maybe it is best to have that lesion surgically removed to be on the safe side. But I'm not sure that it is necessary - nobody can be!
