Breast Cancer/I found an odd thing on my breast

Question
Tonight when I was showering, I felt a weird raised bump under my breast. When I looked in the mirror, I found this

It is a raised red cyst... it is about the size of a small birth mark, and I know it wasn't there a few days ago.

Its perfectly round, and painless.

I showed it to my mom and she said it was a blood blister or something called a wen, and not to worry about it. But when I looked up pictures online, I can't find anything that looked like it.

I have a red dot on my tummy... seen here...

But as you can see, it's only similar in color. The one on my stomach is much flatter, much smaller, and not perfectly round.

So I'm at a loss. Is it nothing, is it something, should I spend the money I don't have to see my doctor about this?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Answer
Your mother is right! These things are NOT dangerous and have nothing to do with breast cancer! They are 2 variations of the same thing. If you want more details of this you have to discuss it with an expert of dermatology (skin medicine) here as they are outside my area of expertise. But they have nothing to do with cancer or breast cancer!
