Sorry for the follow up q.

Since I already did tamox, I wanted to know what anti-estrogen drugs could I take being in my mid 30s (premenopausal), not planning to have any more kids.

Also any other screening methods out there that I could use (3d chest scans...etc)?

That is something you MUST discuss with your own dr. who is in charge of your treatment. Well technology moves so quickly with regards to these methods that I'm hesitant in giving any firm recommendations. I prefer to let your dr. take care of that.
