Breast Cancer/query regarding pain in breast

Question
from last 10 days,after my periods i am feeling pain in both of my breasts. this is more in the right one? i want to know is there any possibility of cancer?Yesterday i felt that it has some transparent(little bit white too) liquid,when i pressed it.this liquid is salty in taste.
please tell me what could be the reason?

Answer
Breast pain in association with the menstrual periods is very common. Nipple discharge is also not uncommon. If bot bloody it is usually not dangerous. But you are obviously worried. Let a dr. check you!
