Question
hello, pls help me.
i've been having shooting pain in my left breast for
6 months now. it started one day i was in the car(not driving). suddently i had a shooting pain right inside my nipple deep, deep. it passed and then came again. since then it's been hurting sometimes in the same spot other times in the sides or underneath the breast.

could it be cancer ? i've seen cardiologists, a pathologist examined my breast but didn't find a lump.
what do you think it may be ? very rarely my upper
back sometimes slightly hurts.

i don't know what else to do.

Answer
I can only tell you that pain is not a common symptom with breast cancer. You mention that a dr. has examined you and could not find anything. That is good, it decreases your risk of a cancer even more. But in order to be sure it is not enough. The examination should include mammography, ultrasound breast scans and MRI breast scans to make the examination results sure. If nothing is found with these methods the cause of your symptoms can NOT be a breast cancer. What it then may be is unfortunately outside my area of expertise here. Good luck!
