Breast Cancer/sharp pains

Question
so for the last few weeks I have been feeling a VERY sharp pain in my right breast , off to the side near the middle of my chest. Sometimes it comes just randomly and sometimes if i lean to the left, it comes allot stronger when I laugh or take short, deep breaths . After this happens my breast tends to itch & feel irritated & it pulses with the pain still there but faintly. I have felt my breast and it is not as soft as my right and is very warm . No I am not pregnant , someone asked if I was lactating. Also if it helps I am 14 . It gets almost rock hard to the upper left side but it doesn't quite feel like a lump but my father has not yet made a doctors appointment and I would like to know if this is a sign of breast cancer .

Answer
At your age breast cancer is almost unheard of. So any breast cancer risk at your age would be microscopically small. Even so some of your symptoms should be checked by a dr. while the rest probably are due to normal hormonal changes. But I do not think you have a breast cancer.
