just wondering if you could tell me what age you have to be to have a mammogram?

Answer
That depends on your risk profile. For women in general I usually say around 40 years of age. For women from high risk families (many breast cancer cases in the immediate family) I usually recommend a start at the age of 30 and sometimes even earlier. But all are not of the same opinion. Some recommend from the age of 50.
