Question
Is the life of someone with breast mets considered the same as someone with Diabetes if treated correctly
Well it depends very much on WHERE these mets are. Not all mets are created equal. So some are more dangerous than others! That makes any comparison like this one very uncertain. A breast cancer with distant mets is at present incurable and usually eventually fatal (even if possible to control during a long period). A breast cancer with ONLY local lymph node mets. may even be cured! So the differences may be big!
