Breast Cancer/phyllodes tumor

Question
I am trying to decide if I should get radiation therapy after my simple mastectomy for malignant phyllodes tumor. Here is my path. report:
Malignant phyllodes tumor shows variation in stromal cellularity with periductal stromal condensation. The infiltrative border is relatively sharp. In areas stromal cells are associated with a chondromyxoid matrix, but no true heterologous sarcoma is identified. There is moderate to severe stromal cytologic atypia. Mitosis include occasional atypical forms. Stromal cells are diffusely CD117(c-kit) positive. This correlates with high tumor grade, but may not correspond to mutation of the c-kit gene. Uninvolved breast shows stromal fibrosis, cystic change, and intraductal hyperplasia.
Size:    3.6cm
Location:  left breast
Type: Malignant phyllodes tumor with stromal overgrowth.
Margins: Negative-closest (deep) margin is 0.7cm
Mitotic Activity: 3 mitosis per 10 high power fields

Thank you so much.

Answer
Well, if you were my patient I would recommend it based on among other things the size of your tumor.

I have some computer problems so unfortunately my reply is delayed.
