Question
I'm a breast cancer survivor and recently felt something in my left breast also I have a constant cough (non-smoker). Ultrasound findings are : Eval demonstrates a well circumscribed hypoechoic solid appearing focus at 2:00 measuring 13x8x13mm. What is a intramammary lymph node? What do you think about this report? More info if needed. Thank You.
That is a lymph node inside a breast. I think an ultrasound guided needle biopsy of this lesion should be done so that we will know what it is and can act accordingly if necessary. That is important!
A CT scan of your lungs may be a good idea too in view of your cough.
