Answer
Melissa, I can not write answers you like on command! I have to stick to the truth! Right? Your mother has a lump. That does NOT tell us much. The big question is if it is a cancer or not. That we do not know - at least I do not know! If not known then it should be investigated so that we will know! AND know what to do about it - if anything! If not a cancer it is probable that nothing needs to be done at all. And not all lumps are cancers, most are not. So in order to know what it is I did advise you to let your mother go to another dr. and that you should go with her in order to find out what the lump is and if anything needs to be done and if so what. I do still stick to that advice! If you already know what the lump is you should have told me! I'm not some sort of fortune teller! My only mistake here as I see it was that I thought my reply would be easy to understand. I was obviously wrong on that but now you do have my explanation. I do hope it was enough!
