Question i have two large lump on my left breast outer side swell more and get sore with period had ultrasound the results were no sighns of malignacy,no cyst ,or solid masses had to get mamo,mamo results were shows findings that require additional special mam views and/or ultrasound test in order to complete evaluation..what does this mean ..doese it mean i might have cancer..i am 36 years old..can an ultrasound determine malignacy ?
Answer Since you already had had ultrasound it is somewhat confusing. To me your description sounds like normal hormonal changes. I suggest MRI breast scans and fine/thin needle aspiration biopsies of your lumps to settle the matter. Please do keep me posted!
