Question
My mother was Dx with lymphosytic leukemia about 6 mos ago.stg 2 ductal ca 2 wks ago.surgical biopsy section 8x5 cm tumor size approx 1 cm stained margins +.She doesnt want masectomy or any other invasive traetment.The doctor said she had 1-2 year without it.Prognosis without treatment?

Answer
Talk her out of that decision! Long before her death her tumor will eat its way down into her chest and out to her skin creating a horrible chronic rotting and stinking wound crater there. If she absolutely refuses surgery try to persuade her to at least accept radiation therapy and if possible hormonal treatment. I agree with her dr's evaluation of her survival time. With this treatment she may live much longer. I do hope for the best!
