True, that was anyway the original plan but for example the ENORMOUS conglomerate Tata Industries Ltd. is a private family owned business (the Tata family) and VERY successful!10. True (that is what it is suppposed to do anyway). 11. FALSE! 12. VERY MUCH FALSE! 13. False I think because they did sign some limited nuclear armament reduction agreements. 14. True - at least it is a major cause. 15. True, but even worse is MISMANAGEMENT! Especially in most of Africa and in parts of Asia & Latin America. 16. False I think - but I'm not 100% sure.
