Question
What do all of this mean exactly? I am very confused and afraid about my treatment.  Biopsy was as partial mastectomy. Diagnosis-Left Breast Ductal Carcinoma In SITU, Nuclear Grade 2,papillary,micropapillary and cribriform Types with associated microcalcifications. The ductual carcinoma is present in 6 of 17 blocks and extends to less than 0.1cm of the posterior and anterior margin of resection. (B.)2008- Last Exam Findings after the lumpectomy for breast cancer: There are scattered fibroglandular densities. S/P lumpectomy. Benign, no evidence of malignacy.
2009- IMPRESSION - Left Breast Category 5
Status post lumpectomy. Calcifications in the subareolar region suspicious for DCIS. Sterotactic biospy is recommended. Right Breast Negative. no evidence of malignancy. Normal interval.

Answer
How big was your tumor that was removed by surgery (lumpectomy)? According to your pathology report it was a cancer in situ (cancer stage 0) so no invasion of surrounding tissues was present but the tumor border was very close to the resection borders of your surgery. So extended surgery should at least be considered as well as radiation therapy. There are also indications of more possible cancer in situ in that breast so the advice concerning stereotactic biopsies should be followed! Please do keep me posted! The suspicion of more cancer in your left breast is very strong!
