Breast Cancer/lump in breast

Question
I discovered a lump in my right breast four days ago, which is still there now. I want to the lab to have a mammogram; which the techinician verbally said : you have lumps in both breast.
the next day i picked the hard copy of the results and it read  " No definate mass lesion, parenchyma distortion, or pathogical calicifications.   there is left axillary lymph nodes.
Bilateral Dense Breasts, suggest ultra sound for further assesment.

I went for ultra sound - the results read:  Nomal skin thickness of the breasts, with normal subcutaneous fat layer, fibro-glandular pattern and muscle layer. No parenchymal mass or distortion.  No Calcifications seen.

Impression: Normal US of both breasts.

My question is -- why do I still feel a lump and so does the doctor. I am currently working in africa, and wondering if I should return home to the US for a second opinion or further tests.

Answer
I do suggest that a needle biopsy is done on the lump you can feel This can be done guided by touch. Also MRI breast scans may be of value! Good luck!
