Breast Cancer/Unusual right breast pain

Question
I am 19 years old and have no urgent medical history.  I currently take yasmin 21 and had my period in my last pack normally and I am also in my second week of my new pack and haven't missed any pills. Alright, so a week ago my right breast has been hurting unusually and its quite sore but I don't think pregnancy is the answer to the pain since I did get a period and started my new pack on-time. There is no discharge or but I think I can feel a slight lump, I never get this kind of pain in just one breast, should I be worried? Thanks

At your age the risk of breast cancer is EXTREMELY small! Breast pain is also not a usual symptom of an early breast cancer (a late breast cancer should be obvious in other ways). But breast pains due to hormonal factors are rather common in young women/girls. Even so you should let your doctor check you. But I do not think there is much reason to worry. Good luck!
