Breast Cancer/breast biopsy

Question
I had a breast biopsy on my left breast for a lump, which they say is a fibroadenoma. This biopsy was performed on Dec. 31, 2009. It seems that this lump has gotten bigger and it feels like the area that leads from the lump to my underarm is hard and very tender. It hurts when I touch it.My left shoulder also feels sore. Should I be worried? I worry that maybe the results were false negatives. Also, I would like to say that there is a visible lymph node near that breast as well. One other question. Although, I have not seen the actual report from the radiologist, I was asked to come in June for a 6 month follow up of both breasts. My right breast has a non specific intramammamry lymph node. I also found a swollen lymph node in my right armpit. In my 6 month follow up I will be getting an ultrasound of my left breast and another diagnostic mammo of my right breast. Should I just wait until June or should I speak to my Dr.

Answer
If the pathologist stated that it was a fibroadenoma it most likely was just that and nothing else. Howevere to be as accurate as possible I need to read the full pathology repor of your lesion and also your mammography report. You can copy them here!
