Breast Cancer/breast pain

Question
aprox a month ago I had a cortisone shot in my right elbow for tennis elbow 3 days later while holding my infant grandson he pushed against my r breast which caused me extreme pain I asked my dr if the shot i had could of caused the pain I was having and I was told no 3 weeks later I was still having pain if I run bounce or roll over in bed it causes extreme pain I went to my gyno she ordered a mammogram which was neg I'm 45 had a complete hysterectomy 5 years ago I am 5 feet tall weigh 267 and I am on no meds other than the injection for my arm and i get a cortisone patch @ phys therapy but have not had that since the injection I have noticed that the pain is less intense with my bra on than without it if I feel with my hand I cant feel any pain its only when I jar my myself or roll over on it

Answer
Based on your description this is hardly a sign or symptom of breast cancer especially if no lump can be felt by you or your doctor and nothing is seen on mammography! It is probably due to something else, inflammation etc.
