Breast Cancer/lump far in breast, checked twice

Question
I am 32 years old and I have this lump in my right breast very far in near chest wall on right side. It is very hard and less than an inch round. It has like a bumpy texture to the surface. I have had it ultrasounded twice the last time being May 2009.  The results were that they never noticed anything. I seem to notice it more and it bothers me a lot. Is it worth getting checked again, or if the ultrasound showed nothing, is it fine?
thank you.

Answer
An ultrasound scan can not provide a sure diagnosis - even less so if you can not see anything. So I suggest that at least a fine/thin needle aspiration biopsy is done so that a diagnosis can be obtained. Since it can be felt as a hard lump it should be possible to do this guided by palpation. If a tissue sample is necessary for a sure diagnosis by the pathologist instead of a cytological cell sample that too can be done by a wider bore needle biopsy. Good luck!
