Question
I have a friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer (stage 0)one year ago.

She decided to not undergo any medical treatment and has been eating a strict raw food diet to try and cure her cancer.

Today her breast is the size of a melon, is red and black and smells like rotting meat. She claims that the cancer will "fall out" and that this is what's supposed to happen. Apparently, she must be careful to release the toxins slowly so has just purchased a whirlpool tub. She cannot lift her arm and is in great pain.

I honestly think she is crazy but this is the path she has decided on and nothing will change her mind. She refuses to see a medical doctor and so I wanted to know what is happening based on her symptoms? Is it likely the cancer has spread or possible that she has some kind of infection not even related to her original diagnosis?

Well her cancer is growing. There may be an infection/inflammation too. That is not unusual in such cases when the cancer becomes more advanced. Based on your description however I doubt that her cancer was an in situ cancer (stage 0) just one year ago. It was probably more advanced than that. Her diet will based on experience have ABSOLUTELY NO effect whatsoever on her cancer. Based on your description her chances of a cure now are probably MUCH reduced should she change her mind. But the choice is hers. It is not possible to be more precise with regards to her stage and condition than this based on your description. But of course her risks that her cancer has spread will grow over time when her cancer grows.
