Breast Cancer/Lump in breast

Question
Hi I have recently found a small lump the size of a bb pellet on my left breast. I dont usualy check my breast because I dont like touching them but I started getting pain on my left breast and noticed some change in the shape of that breast and size and colour of the nipple. Im 21 so I thought im too young to have anything wrong but its still on my mind so would apreciate any advice you can give me.

Without an examination it is difficult or impossible to tell you what it is. At your age your risk of a breast cancer is indeed extremely small. However in order for you to find out what it is and to be on the safe side I do suggest that you let a doctor examine you. Good luck!
