Breast Cancer/Prickly feeling in rt nipple

Question
My daughter has been having a prickly feeling in her right nipple, lightheaded, and nauseous for a few months.  She is not pregnant and is afraid to go to the doctor because it might be breast cancer.  What do you think?  Thank you!

Answer
The symptoms you describe are not exactly such as to lead to any thoughts of breas cancer. Not for me anyway. But since she has had this for some time and it worries her the ONLY rational thing to do is to let it a doctor check it! If it happens to be a bad thing - which is FAR from certain - she can not avoid it by not letting a doctor check it! Instead she is risking to complicate treatment in such a case!
