Question
I had a partial mastectomy,  on right breast in '07 because i had precancerous cells what are the chances of  it returning ,will it come if full force

Answer
The risk is probably somewhere around 10%. Precancerous is NOT cancer. Your risk of a breast cancer at some point in time is also around 10%. Good luck!
