Breast Cancer/Cancer after a Tram Flap

Question
I am having sharp pains under my Tram Flap and feel pain in my side and back. American Cancer Society said it can not be detected through mammogram or ultra sound if it's on the chest wall. I have already had a sonogram which shows nothing. Surgeon I just saw refused to do a biopsy with out a mammogram. My concern is I have been exposed to an excess of radiation, far more than most cancer patients. I lived in Italy for 3 years when Chernobyl occurred, and on Nuclear weapons bases. I can't find any thing on cancer after a tram flat or what I should be looking for. I do not want more radiation and the pain is scaring me. the oncologist said he had no explanation for the redness of my breast. I don't know where to go from here. Any help would be so appreciated.

Answer
You can have a breast MRI scan. That will NOT give you any dangerous radiation! If anything dangerous or unclear is seen an MRI guided needle biopsy can be done! Good luck!
