Breast Cancer/breast soreness a year after implant removal

Question
Last year I had finally got my breast implants. I was an A cup and wanted to be a full B cup. The quack Dr (due to price) I went to gave me close to a D cup. I'm not a very large person and these implants stretched my skin to the point I was in severe pain, one week later I could not take it anymore and ask for the implants to be removed. This is almost a year later after removal and right my right breast in still in pain, top, bottom and side of breast. Could this be a sign something is wrong or is it normal possibly because it stretched my skin so much? I worry about breast cancer as I have lost family and friends to this disease. I was so embarrassed by this that only one person even knows I had it done, not even my family Dr knows. Should I be alarmed or is it quiet normal for this to last for longer periods of time?

Answer
Unfortunately it is impossible to answer your question without an examination. I therefore strongly suggest that you should let an experienced breast surgeon (not a plastic surgeon but an experience breast cancer surgeon) examine you. Good luck!
