Question
i have just felt a small lump under my nipple its painfull to the touch on the scale bwt 4ish but think sumthing is not as it should be, no bruseing, but have been on the sun bed coz goin away nx week. ime worred and should i still go on my hols or go to the docs.

Answer
You seem to be a male. Breat cancers are very rare in males (but exist). So your risk is probably very small. If you are a young man your risk is even smaller. The fact that it is tender and painful to the touch makes a cancer even less probable. So it is probable that this can wait until after your holidays - unless you are going away for a long time. But if you are back after a couple of weeks or shorter it can probably wait until then. But have it checked by a doctor! Good luck!
