QUESTION: hello Doct,i'm 21 years old i have a pain three months ago till now in my right breast shoulder and armpit,i had a ultrasound 1 month ago it rezults all normal.i've been taken zetagal,klaretop,ciprolete and painkillers,nothing changed is the same situation.please help me what should i do,i'm very worried i think all the time that i'm developing breast cancer.

ANSWER: At your age the risk of any breast cancer is VERY small! The symptoms you describe are not those of breast cancer either! It is far more probable - based on your description of your symptoms - that they are related to your shoulder or maybe your neck. Let a doctor (best an orthopedic surgeon) check that. Good luck!

I still think your problem is mainly in your shoulder and not in your breast - even if some pain is felt there. Such situations are not uncommon (you can have problems in your back but pain in your leg or heart problems with pain in your left arm). So my reply is the same as before. Let a doctor check your shoulder!
