MY MUMMY SHE IS AT PREASENT 60YEAR'S OF AGE AND SHE IS KNOWN CASE OF INFILTRATING DUCT CARCINOMA OF LEFT BREAST OPERATED IN 2006 MRM FOLLOWED BY 5 CYCLE OF CHEMOTHERAPY DEVELOPED SUPRACLAVICULAR LYMPH NODE FNA TEST POSITIVE.
ACCORDING TO PET CT REPORTED ON 21/02/2011 PREASENT STUDY SHOWS MULTIPLE HYPERMETABOLIC CERVICAL,LEFT AXILLARY,MEDIASTINAL LYMPHADENOPATHY,SPLENIC DEPOSITE AND SKELETAL LESIONS.SHE WAS ON TAB;ARIMIDEX 1MG AND SHECAL 500.
SO GIVE ME YOUR GUIDELINE OPINION TO WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR HER BETTER HEALTH.BECAUSE SHE IS MY LIFE PLEASE  PLEASE PLEASE.

Was her cancer hormone receptor positive? If it was her Arimidex medication is indicated and makes sense. However in her present situation more chemotherapy is needed. Radiation therapy may also be useful. You need to discuss her case with her local oncologist soonest! Please do keep me posted1
