Question
Good Afternoon:

I am panicking as I noticed dimpling around the lower quadrant of the left breast.  I have had burning in the breast for several weeks.  I have routine Mammograms annually to the day without failure.  My last Mammogram was March of 2010.  Is there any reason to be alarmed?  I only notice the dimpling w/my arms raised and only on the left breast.

Unfortunately that is impossible to determine without any examination - as here. So I strongly suggest that you let a doctor check you. Since you seem to be very worried that is also probably the only way to have any chance of bringing you a peace of mind. So do that soonest! Good luck!
