Breast Cancer/PreCancerous breast cells

Question
My mom went to a mammogram couple of weeks go and they noticed a blood discharge from her breast. After a sonogram, they found out that she has a tiny dots of precancerous cells. Earliest stages-0.  She had it removed and after another MRI, they've found out that she has two more.

The doctor told her that if she wants, she can remove the entire breast so she doesn't have to worry about any cells turning to cancer in the future or they can just remove the cells and if her breast loses its shape, they can fix the shape.

My mom doesn't know what to do? Do you think she should remove the entire breast and get a plastic surgery? Will this result better?

Also, should i be getting checked too? I'm only 29 years old and afraid I might be having a precancerous cells in my breast.

Thanks
