Breast Cancer/cytology report

Question
Need help understanding the report.  I'd appreciate any help to finally understand what I'm reading.

Final diagnosis on a biopsy of the right breast cyst fluid noted:
Right Breast, Cyst Fluid:
Rare atypia in a background of features suspicious for fibroccystic change. No Diagnostic evidence of malignancy.

Under microscopic descriptions:  the specimen labeled "right breast cyst fluid" consists almost entirely of foamy macrophages and blood.  Extremely rare imflammatory cells and epitheial cels are present.  There is some rare atypia in the form of nuclear enlargement.  There is no diagnostic evidence of malignancy.  This atypia may be reactive.
Is this something normal or should I be concerned?

Answer
There is no sign of any kind indicating any cancer at all! In your position I would not be worried.
