Breast Cancer/ill defined area after surgery

Question
i had cellular dermatofibroma in my breast which was surgically excised 6 months ago with unclear margins but my pathologist asked m to leave it because i had cancer markers s100 and cd34 negative...
but after surgery i again had ultrasound and i had at same place an ill defined focal area with echogenic texture in my breast...but now i feel by palping my breast that its better but a scar like  a lump is there with visible vein when i raised my arm rising from that scar so do you think i should consult a dr? as a general dr asked me to leave it because i hav no other symptoms of cancer and she said 6 months are ok to appear more symptoms. i need your opinion that ill defined area after surgery can be beacuse of surgery?

Answer
If the pathology report after your previous surgery did not show any cancer suspected changes it is unlikely that there is any malignancy present now. However you seem to have some discomfort from that area and it worries you. Should that continue it may be a good idea to let a breast surgery experienced surgeon check you again. Good luck!
