Breast Cancer/Pathology report interpretation

Question
Hello,

I just received my path report and don't completely understand.  It reads as follows: ductal epithelial hyperplasia and focal microcalcifications, focal columnar cell change.  Please help me interpret this report I was told not to worry but I would like more information.

The important thing is that this is NOT a cancer and NOT dangerous! Even so, like all women, you should have your breasts checked in the future too since this report only tells us the status of this surgical specimen here and now, not what will happen in the future! All the rest can be described as just technicalities. Good luck!
