Breast Cancer/Painful area/stretch marks

Question
I am a 20-year-old female, and for a few months now, I've an area on one of my breasts that it slightly painful to touch. The area feels slightly raised and more solid/hard compared to same area on the other breast, but there doesn't seem to be a discernible lump. I can recall having the same thing happen happen 2-3 years ago in the same spot, and it eventually became less noticeable.
Apart from this, I seem to have what appear to be stretch marks on both of my breasts. I have gained about 10-20lbs over the course of the past few months, and my breasts do seem to be larger, but I am unsure whether this is enough to actually cause stretch marks.

Other than this, I have not noticed any irregularities. Should I be concerned?

Answer
Without any examination of my own I can not be sure, so I must strongly suggest that you should let a doctor check you! This can not be evaluated from afar! However at your age the risk of anything dangerous is very small. Good luck!
