What sorts of things can I do to make sure I catch breast cancer in an early stage?

How do you know what treatment is best when treating breast cancer?

By doing regular breast check ups,at least once per year from at least the age of 40 (that is at least what I would do if I happened to be a woman). Such check ups should include mammography and ultrasound breast scans and if the breasts are dense also MRI breast scans.

Exactly what to do depends on the character of the tumor so there is not just one single answer there. But doctors with a wide experience of breast cancer will know what to do.
