Breast Cancer/Breaking apart

Question
My 58 years old mother was said to have breast tumour, she refused to have tests again.

The colour of the skin above the tumour lump was blackish bruise-like. After medicatiuon, the colour is more normal.

Recently, she felt a tremendous pain. She finds out that her nipple seems to be breaking into 3 parts.

We live in a third world country where this type of disease is rare. There are no professional breast cancer doctors. Due to monetary problem, we cannot go for expensive medication.

What is happening?

Answer
I'm very sorry, without an examination I can not really tell you. Even if there are no special breast cancer drs. around where you are (Phillippines? Latin America?) there must be at least some surgeons. Let one of them take a look at her! She may be in need of surgery!!!
