Question
helleo iam a 50 yr old woman i am overweight and a smoker also diabetic tablet control about 5or 6 months ago i noticed a small spot under me left arm pit it felt like a black head and thought no more of it as i have no pain about a month ago i started to get slight stabbing pains under my arm pit and my left breast but it went then last week i noticed that the little black head has grown not very much about the size of a small pea need i bother the doctor many thanks

Without an examination I can not say what it is or not is. However you have several risk factors including diabetes so even if your fear of cancer may be unfounded it may be an infection/inflammation! I therefore strongly suggest that you let a surgeon check you!
