Question
I WAS FINE 3 YEARS AGO.  I HAD A SON. I AM 45 NOW AND GOING THROUGH MENOPAUSE AND NOW THEY HAVE FOUND 2 CYSTS IN ONE BREAST AND 3 IN THE OTHER.(ONE IF THEM IS ABOUT 6M.M. IS THAT BIG OR SMALL?)  MY QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?  IS THIS USUALLY BENIGN? COULD THIS BE A MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOM?

Answer
That is small. Well if these are cysts they are usually benign. If you want that confirmed I suggest needle biopsies of your lesions. It is usually not really a menopausal symptom but sometimes in early menopause estrogen production goes up and that may result in a greater cyst forming tendency in your breasts.
