Question
I am 26 yo. Have a hx of cervical ca. I had a small lump in left breast 2 months ago, mammo and u/s said fibro...along with biopsy. However, no sign of anything on right side. Now have a 1.29 x 1.13 cm lump on right near nipple and radiologist very concerned with u/s results. It has a burning type pain here and there and I have a pain that goes thru my back which may or may not be related. I am a nurse and the whispering between the rad tech and radiologist have me concerned. It is very irregular looking, almost like a bubble shaped "I" from the saggital view. Should I be real concerned?
Perhaps. Since I have not seen the pictures myself it is hard to be sure of anything. But you certainly have the right to know what it is ASAP. A breast MRI scan and a needle biopsy SHOULD be able to tell that with great certainty! DEMAND that ASAP! Good luck! Please do keep me posted!
