Breast Cancer/breast lump with chest pain

Question
I found a large breast lump about 3 months ago.  I had a mammogram and ultrasound about 2 weeks ago.  I was told by the doctor that it was and I quote "Probably a cyst".  I have chest pains on the right side (right breast) under the lump and the pain sometimes radiates to my armpit and shoulder.  I have difficulty sleeping on that side because of the pain.  I don't have insurance and don't know where else to go.  I don't trust my doctors opinion, especially when he said "PROBABLY" and cancer is the number one killer on my mothers side.  Please help.

Answer
The easiest way to REALLY check what this is is by a thin needle aspiration biopsy. If it turns out to be a (fluid filled) cyst the cyst can be emptied via the needle which should also relieve the (pressure induced) pain from it. I have no idea how to obtain it where you are - wherever that may be - or its cost. That you have to find out for yourself! But this is my suggestion!
Good luck!

Well he is hardly the only dr. around, right?! Thanks!
