Question
I started orthro-cyclen birth control about a month ago and since I have felt a pain in my left breast, it like a sharp pain every once in a while. It doesn't happen alot. I was wondering if because this is my first time on birth control, would my breast pain be a symptom? I don't
know if hormones would make it hurt I don't know.. Maybe there growing? I can only hope : ) Also could it be a sign of cancer or or tumor? Should I be real worried?

Since breast tissue is hormone controled and your pills are a hormonal drug there may very well be a connection though not necessarily a dangerous one. However I suggest that you discuss this matter with your gynecologist as it is somewhat outside my area of expertise and your gynecologist is responsible for the prescription.
