Breast Cancer/breast tests

Question
Hi, I had a mammogram and an ultrasound.  Now I have a BIRADS 4 - suspicious abnormality.  I am getting a biopsy IN A WEEK.  My gynocologist could (excuse me WOULD) not give any sort of reassuring comment.  I read a BIRADS 5 is worse.  Should I be worried?
Thank you

Answer
I'm a Swede, living in Sweden. Americans are very fond of a vast number of acronyms that drive the rest of us crazy. Even so I can say this much. What has been seen is important enough to arrange a biopsy on a short notice and fast. No one can be sure what the biopsy will show until it has been checked by a pathologist - to do that you would have to be a prophet not a dr. - but obviously since this was arranged fast there are - must be - reasons for concern. I wish I could reassure you but honestly this is the only conclusion I can reach.
