Breast Cancer/help im scared

Question
i have a moveable soft lump under my right armpit i went for a sonogram today they could not give me any answers,but there was something there ,im scared ,there is no breast cancer in my family at all,and it does not hurt even when i try to feel it should i be worried,i was sick reacently with a cold ,,,im so nervous plz rite back

The easiest & fastest way to find out what it is is by a biopsy! Easiest for you if it is done as a thin needle aspiration biopsy! If that is not possible it will have to be done as a surgical biopsy! HAVE IT DONE! Then we will know what it is! Please do keep me posted!
