Breast Cancer/micro-calcifications of the breast

Question
I am 46 yr old and have a strong family history of breast cancer (mother 5 yr survivor) and over the last 2 years I have had 3 abnormal mamograms showing micro-calcifications. subsquent bioposies have shown atypical hyperplaysia.  will tamoxifen slow down the formation of these cells.

Answer
That is possible - perhaps also with the more modern drugs. But I can not guarantee it. The only thing that would more or less guarantee it would be a prophylactic surgical subcutaneous removal of the whole breast tissue on both sides, replaced by implants. If you want to take this perhaps somewhat drastic step must be your decision.
