Question
If i stopped breast feeding am i supposed to stop my prenatal vitamins?

Answer
There is not right or wrong here. Its more a personal choice. Unless your doctor has told you to take them for a certain reason, then you may stop them if you are no longer nursing. Or if you dislike them and are wanting to quit nursing, its more valuable to nurse than to stop nursing because of vitamins. If that is the case, you can take flinstone vitamins instead or eat a more balanced diet. But if its just plain old, you stopped nursing, you no longer have to take them for the baby obviously. If you are deficient in vitamins, then switching to a womans vit might be helpful. Or if you are planning on getting pregnant again, start them up again.

I hope that was helpful :)
