Is it ok to lay in a indoor tanning bed while breastfeedsing,

Using a tanning bed wont dry up your milk supply, but be sure to protect your nipples from the uv rays,preferably more fo yoru breast just to reduce exposure to be sure they wont get burnt. if you are going to use any spray on application, dont use it on your breasts where the baby can be exposed to chemicals. You might want to pump or nurse before you go tan as a friend once told me you can have a let down from the warmth . ( we use warm and hot compreseses to get women to let down easier... and there you have plenty of warmth.
