Breastfeeding - Can I continue Breastfeeding ??

Question
I have noticed blood in my breastmilk while pumping. I don't have any cracks or other problems with my nipples so I was a bit shocked .  I often have pain in my breasts while nursing which I usually treat with a (Mebo). Can I continue Breastfeeding ??

it is absolutely fine to continue breastfeeding according to my research.
