Breastfeeding/Can't pump

Question
Hi,

I have an exclusively breastfed 7 month old.  Because of a low milk supply, I take 3 Motilium pills 4 times a day to ensure that I can continue breastfeeding.  Now that he is trying solid foods, I wanted to start to teach him to use sippy cups.  He doesn't like water and I can't seem to pump more than half an ounce no matter what I try.  Is there anything I can do?

Thanks!

Answer
You can also try mothers milk tea or fenugreek to help build supply. Pump more often to help build up the supply as well.  as far as the sippy cup, you can try different juices and then water them down if it is hard to get him to drink water. Juices like apple juice or banana juice should be fine for a 7 month old who is starting solids as well.  that will add a little flavor to the water so its not just pland and he may like that and want more :)

good luck!
